Will it damage my door, or slip off while I’m training? +

No drilling, no screws, no tools, and no damage. The anchor is a soft fabric strap with a foam stopper that sits behind your closed door. The stopper is too wide to pull through the gap, so it stays locked in place while you train.

Is it actually strong enough to build muscle? +

Yes. Each of the 5 bands gives a different resistance, from 10 lb to 50 lb, and you can clip them together for up to 150 lb. As you get stronger, just add another band to keep making progress.

I’m a beginner. Will I know what to do? +

Absolutely. Start with the lightest band and the included instruction manual, which shows you how to set up and which exercises to do. Most moves are the same ones you’d do on a gym cable machine: presses, rows, curls and squats.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our products, shipping, returns, and more.

Will it work on my door? +

It works on most standard interior doors that open and close on hinges, like bedroom, bathroom and closet doors. For the safest setup, anchor on the hinge side and use the side the door opens away from you, so every pull keeps it shut. It isn’t designed for sliding, folding or glass doors.

What’s included in the set? +

Everything you need for a full home cable workout: 5 resistance bands (10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 lb), 2 foam-grip handles, 2 padded ankle straps, 1 door anchor, 1 travel carry bag and 1 instruction manual.

Can I use it without a door? +

Yes. You can stand on the middle of the bands for exercises like bicep curls, shoulder presses, squats and deadlifts. The door anchor just unlocks extra moves like chest presses, lat pulldowns and kickbacks.

How much space do I need? +

Not much. You only need a closed door and about 6–8 feet of clear floor space in front of it. When you’re done, everything packs into the carry bag and fits in a drawer or closet.

Can it really replace my gym? +

For most strength workouts, yes. The door anchor lets you do the same pulls, presses and rows as a gym cable machine, and stacking the bands gives you up to 150 lb of resistance. It’s a full-body setup at home, without the commute or the membership.

How do I know which band to use? +

Start with the lightest band you can do 10–15 controlled reps with. When that starts to feel easy, move up a band or clip two together. The weight is printed on every band, so you always know exactly what you’re lifting.
